I began my fitness journey in the world of CrossFit which helped me develop foundational skills. I then moved overseas to become a Strength & Conditioning coach for a professional basketball team which helped sharpen my skills in body mechanics and sports performance. I was then introduced to F45 training where my skills were put to the test. By far the most challenging coaching environment in the world. I knew I needed more education in the area of prenatal fitness due to the fact that 70% of our member base is female. I am now the Senior Athletics Educator for our brand and my goal is to pass down the incredible knowledge I gained through ProNatal Fitness to our coach network which consists of about 20,000+ coaches worldwide.
