He has been a personal trainer for 11 years that truly loves and commits to the experience of each session. In addition to being a NASM Certified trainer, Gregory is certified in Womens Fitness, MMA Conditioning and Corrective Exercise. A combination of experience, hands on workshops, perpetual learning, empathy and compassion makes for the exact experience that you need.
