’m passionate about women’s health. I became a personal trainer because I was a shy girl with no idea what to do in the gym – so became the person I needed back then!
My whole practice surrounds building confidence and strength for women in the gym, pre and postnatal, and beyond.
I have been a coach for 3 years after retiring from competitive gymnastics in the GB squad – I just couldn’t let sports not be a part of my life anymore!
