Trainer Ashley helps pregnant women stay active and healthy throughout pregnancy while managing weight gain, building strength, protecting their core and pelvic floor, and preparing for child birth and the demands of motherhood in the fourth trimester. Plus, learn to eat healthy during pregnancy to properly fuel your body (and baby) from the first trimester and into motherhood.
As a mom herself, trainer Ashley know that moms deserve more support after giving birth which is why she helps new moms improve their confidence, strength, and energy through sustainable fitness and nutrition.
