How it works

This program takes a personal training approach to correcting diastasis, and rebuilding weak core muscles.  Depending on the severity of your case, we may refer you to a qualified physical therapist for treatment. We offer various program options to provide the utmost flexibility — from doing just a few sessions to learn the basic techniques to doing a full recovery program, or combining with personal training.  We will discuss all these options with you at your consultation.
