Lisa has over 15 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since 2014, she has been working primarily with the pre and postnatal population. In addition to her work as a PROnatal Trainer, Lisa is also trained as a Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor.

Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and has been working as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness & Barre Instructor, and PE Teacher for over a decade. When she became a mother in 2017, she decided to focus her career in pre & postnatal fitness, determined to empower women with the evidence-based information she wished she’d had.

Helen Henry

Helen began her fitness career as a professional swimmer and triathlon runner in the Ukraine. She has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer since 2010 and has been focusing primarily on the pre & postnatal population since 2016. Helen also holds specializations in Diastasis & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, as well as Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss & Nutrition.
