Gali Dotan

Gali is a Certified Personal Trainer who spent years working as a professional dancer and instructor at elite fitness boutiques (Barry’s Bootcamp and Physique 57). In 2018, she discovered her passion for pre & postnatal fitness and has been focusing in this space ever since. She holds specializations in C-Section, Diastasis Recti, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She also holds certifications in nutrition and corrective exercise. She loves working with her clients to feel strong, minimize pain, and empower them with the knowledge and tools they need for their physical parenthood journey.

Carly Maxwell

Carly is a Certified Personal Trainer and mom of 2 with a B.S in Kinesiology. After experiencing pelvic pain during her pregnancy, she realized that even her extensive education was not enough to fully prepare for the pregnancy journey. She decided to pursue her pre & postnatal education through PROnatal and has been focusing exclusively on this population ever since. Carly’s goal is to help her clients thrive during the perinatal period – and not just “get through it.” She focuses on designing safe, effective, and enjoyable workouts that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.

Shelly Lutz

Shelly is a Certified Personal Trainer and mom of 2 who has been specializing in pre & postnatal for over a decade. After healing her own body from two cesarean births (one emergency and one planned) and experiencing the physical and emotional roller coaster that is pregnancy and parenting, she is committed to helping her clients reconnect with their bodies, fully heal, and become the strongest versions of themselves – physically and mentally. Shelly also holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and certifications in Exercise Physiology, Health & Well-Being Coaching, and Yoga Tune-up.

Jessica Walters

Jessica is a mom who holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, with a focus in physical therapy. She has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Systems Specialist for over a decade – specializing in chronic and acute pain. She began focusing on pre & postnatal in 2017, then used what she learned to successfully heal from her own emergency C-section. Jessica combines her extensive experience with pain rehabilitation to help her clients move without pain and with much more energy and strength the adventure of parenthood!

Megan Rezvani

Megan is a mom of 2 with a master’s degree in Exercise Science. She has been working as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor (SLT and F45) and Physical Education Teacher for over a decade. After witnessing the lack of evidence-based prenatal exercise information during her first pregnancy, she decided to pursue her pre & postnatal education through PROnatal Fitness. Today, she is committed to empowering her clients with the easy-to-understand, evidence-based guidance she wished she would have had during her first pregnancy.

Helen Henry

Helen began her fitness career as a professional swimmer and triathlon runner in the Ukraine. She has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer since 2010 and has been focusing primarily on the pre & postnatal population since 2016. She holds specializations in Diastasis Recti Healing and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She also holds certifications in Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, and Nutrition. Her approach is to push each of her clients to achieve their personal best in the safest and most loving way possible — with a focus on encouragement and positive reinforcement.
