Lisa Reinschmidt, PROnatal Online Trainer
Lisa has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since 2014, she has been working almost exclusively with the pre and postnatal population, considering it a profound opportunity — and responsibility — working with women during such a transformative period of their lives. In addition to her work as a PROnatal Certified Trainer, Lisa is also trained as a Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Lisa takes a sincere interest in the health and happiness of her clients and always tells women “Your success is my success. I will match my commitment level with yours, and together we will create life-lasting results.”
Nicole Katz, PROnatal Online Trainer
Nicole has been a Certified Yoga Instructor and Structural Yoga Therapist for over a decade. In 2016, she became a mother and welcomed the first of her two daughters. Her own journey of trying to become pregnant, loss, pregnancy, home birth, and getting back into a body that is more connected than before led Nicole to devote herself to pre and postnatal care. She sought an education from PROnatal Fitness because she understood just how important strength training was for her own childbirth, and how — when combined with her own yoga practice — it helped her to be more present in the moment and actually enjoy the experience more. As a PROnatal Certified Trainer, Nicole hopes to revolutionize motherhood and support it being the strong and powerful experience it is meant to be!
On leave, returning June, 2020

Joe Hutcheson, PROnatal Online Trainer
Joe (“Hutch”) has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor. He has spent the past several years focusing on the pre/postnatal population as a PROnatal Certified Trainer. Hutch believes that fitness begins with a sense of presence within the body, a decision to be aware of how the body moves and exists in the world. This is especially important for women preparing for, or recovering from, one of the greatest feats the human body can achieve. He has loved his experience training so many “supermoms” in New York City and now looks forward to bringing his energy and strong track record of success to many more women across the country.

However, she takes great care in going beyond aesthetic goals with her clients and focuses on helping them grow stronger mentally and emotionally – in addition to physically – especially in her work as a PROnatal Certified Trainer. Chelsea is passionate about supporting women throughout their motherhood journeys and focuses on helping her clients exceed their own expectations of themselves through education, commitment, and unwavering encouragement every step of the way.
Megan Rezvani, PROnatal Online Trainer
Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Human Nutrition, and has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Physical Education Teacher for over a decade. She was shocked by the lack of evidence-based information on pre and postnatal exercise, until she discovered PROnatal Fitness. Today, as a PROnatal Certified Trainer, Megan focuses on developing meaningful connections with her clients – listening and supporting them every step of the way – to help them have a safe, strong, and empowered experience throughout their motherhood journey.
Alexa Frear, PROnatal Online Trainer
Alexa’s love of sports and her success in competitive cross-country skiing inspired her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology and become a Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Systems Specialist. In 2013, she received a postpartum client with severe Diastasis Recti. This drove her to pursue a more in-depth pre and postnatal education to better support women during this physically demanding journey. Her quest to seek out the best education led her to PROnatal Fitness, and today she is one of our PROnatal Certified Trainers, skilled at working with DR and several other pregnancy-related conditions. Alexa focuses on motivating her clients through education, enthusiasm, and encouragement.
