Pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period place a great deal of stress on your body.  Our personal trainers utilize a Performance Training Approach to help you successfully prepare you for the demands ahead and ensure a full and effective recovery afterward.  From proper strength training, to pain and injury prevention, childbirth preparation, postpartum core-rebuilding and diastasis recti healing – our trainers will meet you where you are and help you achieve your personal best.
