I’m Tiffany — mom of 2 under 2, Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), a Certified Personal Trainer and a Pronatal Pre & Postnatal fitness specialist. I spent 12 years in nursing, six as a cardiac and critical care nurse before becoming a CRNA, but fitness has been my other constant since childhood — competitive swimming from age three, then eight years of competitive CrossFit. When postpartum hit after my first baby, I was blindsided: excruciating back pain, a disconnected core, symptoms I didn’t have the tools to fix. So I got the tools. I earned my Pronatal Pre and Postnatal fitness specialist certification before my second pregnancy and applied everything I learned to it — heavier, bigger baby, and this time, zero back pain and zero leaking postpartum. After my second baby, I went on to earn my NASM personal training certification, turning years of lived experience into a career I could finally build.
That experience is exactly why I coach the way I do — no generic programming, no pushing through pain, just understanding your body and building strength around it, intentionally. I specialize in helping busy, career-driven women and moms fit real strength training into schedules that are already maxed out. If you’re rebuilding after baby or trying to feel strong again while juggling a demanding career, I’ve lived it — and I know how to help you get there.
