I’m a mother of two who understands firsthand the challenges, changes, and triumphs that come with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. My own journey, including a traumatic first labor, inspired me to dedicate my career to helping women feel prepared, confident, and strong as they step into motherhood.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and ProNatal Fitness specialist, with additional training in postnatal yoga and postpartum doula care. Over the past four years, I’ve supported countless women in restoring their core and pelvic floor, building functional strength, and finding movement that truly supports their daily lives.
My approach is rooted in the belief that health is not about how we look—it’s about how we feel and how our bodies function. I work with women who are eager to live without pain, keep up with their kids, and approach both labor and postpartum from a place of strength and resilience. Together, we’ll focus on whole-body wellness, blending science-backed training with mindful movement, so you can feel empowered, energized, and supported through every stage of motherhood.
