To me fitness is part of becoming the best version of yourself and it permeates other parts of life. I especially focus on weight loss and pregnancy. I greatly enjoy being part of someone’s life transformation. It is amazing to watch a client reach their goals. It is fulfilling to be part of my client’s journey as they gain the confidence that comes with hard work, trusting yourself, and remaining disciplined. To me, discipline is the greatest form of self-love.
