My passion for training the female body and its amazing capabilities began in 2018, the year I completed my first pre/postnatal training course, trained my first pregnant/postpartum student, and started studying hormonal health and the female reproductive system. As I went through my own pregnancy and childbirth journey in 2022, I completed the ProNatal Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist Course because I knew it would align with my belief that strength training during pregnancy would make for a better pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. I love applying the principles I learned through PROnatal to my vast knowledge of strength, mobility, dance, behavioral, and ground-based movement training. When it comes to training, I believe that passion, positivity, and patience lead the way. I am a collaborator at heart and truly work with the individual in front of me; I am just the guide… you make the magic happen!
