I’m Royce Timoshevick, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ProNatal® Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. I’m also an ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Youth Fitness Specialist, and NFHS Coach Level 3.
My approach to perinatal fitness is centered on helping clients build strength, confidence, and trust in their changing bodies throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I believe movement should support – not add stress to – this transformative season of life. I individualize training to meet each client where they are, with an emphasis on safe, purposeful strength training, functional movement, and sustainable habits.
My mission is to help every client experience their pregnancy and postpartum journey in a way that feels positive, empowering, and uniquely their own. I believe everyone deserves access to respectful, gender-affirming care, regardless of gender identity or how they identify their body and pregnancy experience. My training practice is intentionally designed to be a welcoming, judgment-free, and safe space for all birthing bodies.
As a mother of three children at very different stages of life, I also bring a broad perspective to the realities of balancing family, work, health, and personal fulfillment. I understand that fitness during the perinatal years has to work within real life and I believe caring for yourself is an important part of caring for the people you love.
