I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and have been leading group fitness classes since 2012, working with individuals across a broad age range—from their 20s to their 90s. This diverse experience has given me a deep and well-rounded understanding of the fitness industry.
In 2016, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and focused primarily on gym management until 2022, when I transitioned into coaching at Orangetheory Fitness. More recently, I’ve developed a passion for working with prenatal and postnatal clients—a journey inspired by my own experiences with childbirth. Through that transformative period, I gained a profound appreciation for the strength and resilience of the human body.
My approach to fitness emphasizes aligning the body’s natural responses with tailored exercise programming to help clients achieve their goals safely and effectively. Regardless of the life stage they’re in, my mission is to equip women with the knowledge, confidence, and physical strength to navigate pregnancy and postpartum recovery with empowerment and grace.
To support this mission, I founded EmpowHer Motherhood—a specialized fitness program designed for prenatal and postnatal women, focused on building strength from the inside out.
