Josephine Picco is a highly experienced and certified personal trainer with a deep specialization in pre and postnatal fitness. With many years in the health and fitness industry and a diverse athletic background in figure skating, gymnastics, dance, and martial arts, Josephine blends technical expertise with a passion for empowering women through every stage of life.
She holds dual Pre and Postnatal Specialist Certifications (Fit4Two and PPFS) and is certified through ProNatal Fitness, bringing an evidence-based, functional approach to helping new and expecting mothers train safely and effectively. Her training also includes advanced education in Mobility Fundamentals, Corrective Exercise, Performance Rehab, and Nutrition, giving her a comprehensive lens for working with clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
After transitioning from a successful career in the mortgage industry, Josephine followed her calling to support others in building stronger, healthier bodies—physically and mentally.
