I’m Kenzie, a proud mother of two, and my approach to fitness and nutrition was shaped most profoundly through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. While I’ve spent much of my life immersed in athletics—competing in college volleyball, bodybuilding, and strength training—nothing taught me more about the body, resilience, and true wellness than carrying, birthing, and recovering from my two children.
Pregnancy and postpartum fundamentally changed how I view fitness. They showed me the importance of functional strength, balance, mobility, breath, and nourishment—not just for aesthetics, but for real life. I experienced firsthand how the body adapts, how it needs to be supported rather than pushed, and how sustainable wellness looks different in each season of life. Those experiences became my greatest education, far beyond any competition prep or training program.
While my athletic and bodybuilding background gave me a strong foundation in discipline, structure, and goal-setting, motherhood taught me how to apply that knowledge with compassion, flexibility, and long-term vision. It reshaped my focus toward rebuilding strength safely, honoring recovery, and creating habits that support energy, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
Today, I combine fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness to help others build strength from the ground up. I don’t believe in quick fixes, restrictive plans, or perfection. I believe in realistic, empowering practices that support pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and lifelong health—because true wellness doesn’t end when a program does, it grows with you.
