ProNatal Certified Coach

Hi! I’m Brock, a personal trainer, strength coach, and founder of BODY By Brock, a training studio in Michigan. I’ve been a personal trainer for over seven years and have had the opportunity to work with 30+ moms throughout their entire journey—from pre-pregnancy and pregnancy through delivery and postpartum recovery.

My approach has always centered around form-focused, progressive strength training. Through my experience working with moms, I’ve seen firsthand how proper strength training can help women navigate the physical demands of pregnancy, prepare their bodies for labor and delivery, and build strength and confidence throughout postpartum recovery.

Working with this population is what ultimately led me to pursue my ProNatal certification and further my education in prenatal and postpartum training. I believe pregnancy is a time to train with intention—not to stop training altogether—and that every woman deserves coaching that helps her feel strong, capable, and confident as her body changes.

At BODY By Brock, I work with clients through every stage of this journey, modifying training based on the individual, their pregnancy, and their goals. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently expecting, or rebuilding strength postpartum, my goal is to help you continue doing what you love while training safely, effectively, and with purpose.
