I’ve been a personal trainer since 2014 working in gyms, studios & online throughout my training career. The biggest reason I became a trainer was to help women feel confident in their bodies & find their strength. I became pre/post natal certified when I became pregnant early 2023 & worked out throughout my whole pregnancy, which I definitely believe my training to helped achieve my positive birth experience.

I like to work with all aspects of health, not just the workouts, but also educating about nutrition; healthy habits like hydration, sleep & stress management; & teaching clients the process of creating effective workouts & nutrition plans.
