Rafaee

With more than 20 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, I have helped clients from all walks of life achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals. My coaching philosophy is built on meeting people where they are and creating personalized, sustainable approaches that support both physical and mental well-being.

As a Mental Performance Consultant and two-time Olympian in rowing, I understand that success is about more than just physical training. I integrate evidence-based mental skills into my coaching, helping clients build confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset alongside strength and fitness.

I am also an avid runner and a lifelong lover of strength training. Movement has always been a central part of my life, and I am passionate about helping others discover what their bodies are capable of.

Currently navigating my own pregnancy, I enrolled in prenatal fitness education to better understand the unique needs of pregnant athletes and active women. The experience transformed the way I view fitness during pregnancy, deepening my appreciation for the incredible changes the body undergoes and the importance of training with intention, knowledge, and compassion
