ProNatal Certified Coach
As a mother, with a second on the way, I know what it’s like to balance the many external demands of pregnancy and motherhood, while also caring for myself. With over 10 years of experience teaching several movement styles, my passion is fueled when I see clients start to love their workouts, love their bodies, and build inner and outer strength. I am here to help build confidence and am happy to be part of your “village” of support… You do not have to do it alone!
My goal as a trainer is to keep updating my knowledge and discover the most efficient, safe ways to lead clients through strength movement routines. I aim to design sessions that are enjoyable and keep clients challenged, yet encouraged, while working toward goals! I pride myself in applying a very form-specific style of coaching, to keep everyone safe who works with me.
I completed the PROnatal Fitness Specialist program in the midst of my first pregnancy two years ago, wanting to understand how to best care for and prepare the body for pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum journey. Since then, I’ve not only experienced the benefits for myself, but I’ve successfully trained pre/postnatal clients who I’ve had the joy of sharing wins with, as they prepare for and enter motherhood. I am always honored by the invitation to share this special time, whether in-person or online.
