Mary Vidal is a personal trainer, yoga & self-massage instructor, and women’s self-care advocate. Her passion is helping women feel better in their bodies from motherhood through menopause. She began teaching postnatal yoga after the birth of her first child in 2003. Her own struggles with core and pelvic floor recovery, as well as those of her students, started her on a journey to discover the most effective ways to restore the postnatal body. In 2016 she founded her own company and began teaching WholeCore Restore, a holistic fitness & self-care program combining breathwork, yoga, self-massage, and functional strength training. She now applies the same framework to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause.Mary’s mission is to educate, empower, and inspire women to take charge of their self-care so they can thrive in every phase of life. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her husband and teenage sons, hiking in the mountains of NJ/NY, and singing with her local women’s choir.
