Hi, my name is Marissa and as of February 2024 I’m a new mom! I’ve always been a health and wellness enthusiast, but my experience through pregnancy and postpartum has influenced me to get my pre/postnatal personal training certification. As an unplanned c-section mom I can especially help navigate the ups, the downs, and the unexpected turns of your journey. I have a bachelors in Kinesiology with experience in adaptive PE and 4 years of a physical therapy aide. Let’s work together and prepare, heal, and navigate this crazy mom life!
