I have worked in the health and fitness industry as a group exercise coach and personal trainer since 2011. I live an active lifestyle with my family and love going on hikes with my dog, Brady. I’ve always had a passion for exercise and fitness and truly enjoy helping others achieve their goals. I make it my goal to help you learn and implement correct movement techniques to create and stronger/healthier individuals. I take pride in seeing the progress with those that I train, and I always try to show enthusiasm to motivate clients on all ages and training levels. So much so, that I opened my own gym with my business partner Phoenix Rising Strength & Fitness in 2021.While creating my active lifestyle, I am also trying to expand my family so knowing when and how to scale back is extremely important to me. I have helped multiple expecting and post-partum mothers learn the proper core mechanics and body position to stay safe and get stronger for the demands motherhood has in store.
