Hey there!

I’m Heidy, a mama of one located in Missouri with a passion for health and wellness since 2018!
My own journey to motherhood has inspired me to support other women who are stepping into this very important role in life.  Pregnancy and becoming a mom has been one of the most transformative experiences for me.  While nothing truly prepares you for the highs and lows you experience, I hope to be some added support along the way!
