Erin Kennedy was born and raised in the foothills of Colorado and lives in Littleton, Colorado where she can easily access the trails she loves. Her favorite activities are running, trail running, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, camping and pretty much anything outdoors she can do with her husband, son and two dogs. Erin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science and also obtained her Cancer Exercise Specialist certification. Helping people is what she feels she was put on this earth to do, and she has advanced her skill set as a Pre and Postnatal Performance Specialist. One big reason she wanted to gain more knowledge as a Pre/Postnatal Exercise specialist is because she had a rough postpartum experience getting back to activities she enjoyed so much. Erin feels that no mother should give up activities they love as a result of pregnancy and/or their postpartum journey and is passionate about helping mamas regain the skills needed to enjoy those activities once again.
